Exercise can help you fight against COVID


Scientists from Britain have said that exercise helps fighting against COVID.

The scientists did a study involving 50,000 people. They found that the people who didn’t exercise much, had a worse experience when they caught COVID.


The scientists said it’s good to exercise regularly. The scientists also said it’s good to go for long walks. In the study, people who exercised for 3 hours a week performed better than people who didn’t exercise much.
